Georgian on my mind

Back at Merrion Square we actually had a sunny evening.  I love the architecture here; it's so clean and tidy.  These Georgian buildings are defined by their proportion and balance.  At the time, a very regular appearance was sought after in architecture.  Merrion Square kind of clears out in the evenings; most buildings are now businesses and few are still residences.  You can probably tell this is a posh area because of the Mercedes and Land Rovers, except sometimes even the rich get booted.  Bummer on a Friday night.  At least you can still take a horse drawn carriage to dinner.  The 1790s are still here, if you look for them.

  1. I'd love to know the story behind the boot. I bet it was a surprise romantic assignation. Time just got away from that driver.
